Over the past twelve years, I have had the privilege of working with adult clients who are navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, grief, and life transitions. I approach each client with the respect and curiosity for their unique context. My therapeutic practice incorporates Internal Family Systems, existential, humanistic, and Jungian modalities to assist clients in pursuing fuller, more authentic lives. Additionally, I am a trained clinical supervisor currently accepting associates for professional development. I have also studied under a seasoned mentor to provide psychedelic integration for those interested in this approach.

In my spare time, I enjoy circus arts, fiber arts, yoga, travel, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
