At Karis, we often have different group workshops available that meet over a range of different topics. We recognize that sometimes it's easier to talk when you're not the only one in the room. Below you will find our current group offerings available.
This is group processing therapy to create intentional space to give and receive feedback on how we impact those around us.
Whether you have been in therapy awhile or are new to healing your own personal story, having other peer voices to support and reflect with you around who you are can create lasting impact on healing.
This group is for you:
Struggling with Codependency.
Struggling with Setting Boundaries (Internally or Externally).
Confused or Struggling in Primary Relationships (Romantic/ Family/ Friendship).
Wonder how you affect others around you.
Processing group is an intentional space to gain the skills and confidence to communicate authentically in your personal life.
We will explore topics, share personal experiences, journal, meditate, among other methods of healing. This will be an ongoing group with an opening to join, take breaks and join again as your healing process needs. This group is for young (21) Adults to seasoned Adults.
How to feed ourselves well is HARD! Especially when you are in college or living on your own for the first time. This series is for you! Sacha Haia, NTP will take you through six core topics that will give you the foundation to feel confident on how to navigate your relationship with nourishing your body, whether it's how to approach the grocery store or having quick meals on the go!
