I am a clinical social worker (LICSW) who has a passion for helping her clients tap into their inner strengths and learn skills to lead a healthy, empowered life. I have extensive experience working with women and girls particularly in the areas of self-esteem, depression/anxiety, and sexuality.

My practice is inclusive to all gender identities and sexual orientations. I also have experience and training to counsel survivors of sexual and intimate partner violence. I use a solution-focused, cognitive behavioral approach that helps clients build their capacity to address their life concerns in an accessible, sustainable way.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Washington, and have been employed as a social worker in community mental health and higher education settings for the past 13 years.
